Incredible stay through and through. Gorgeous property in the desert. Close and easy drive to downtown Santa Fe. Incredibly private. Truly a desert getaway. I had to be pulled off the porch but wasn’t too upset when I was next to the fire with my partner. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Hosts responded to any message with incredible speed and friendliness. Definitely a great place for a peaceful trip to fill your cup up and connect with the land. Honestly we only spent a half day downtown because the property was so wonderful. Only complain is it’s not available for us to come back sooner! Thanks for everything.

This was the perfect birthday get away for my partner, not too far from things to do in town, but far enough to enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed watching the sunset on the porch and cozying up by the fire. The hosts were super responsive and friendly

La Dea’s casita is very inviting & cozy. The decorations & use of color throughout made it very homey. The property itself is gorgeous with trails leading the way to the casita from the parking spot. Had all the amenities one could need! A great location for my husband & I🩵

You are close to the center of the city but still get to be in nature where it is peaceful and quiet. I will be staying here again!! Highly recommend this stay!!

Had a fantastic weekend getaway with the wife, one small issue on day 3 but the host was very responsive in communication. We'd definitely come back and stay with them in Santa Fe!

Stayed here with my husband and our two pups. The location was secluded and provided privacy while still being close to everything else. The views are spectacular and we’d definitely book again! La Dea was very responsive and accommodating. The stairs are a little steep, but overall loved the space and amenities.

Nice location, easy to drive to downtown and Meow Wolf. Loose leaf tea was a nice addition. You will be awake once the sun hits the bedroom windows.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed at. I was here for two months and had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it’s only 15 minutes from the plaza. Lightning fast Internet, amazing water, and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on. I’m literally buying the same pillows when I get home

Beautiful place and stay! It is a small hike from the car so make sure you don’t overpack! Management was very responsive and helpful.

If you’re looking for a private, cute place that’s less than 15 mins away from everything this is the place. Skies are gorgeous and the backyard was a cool place for our pup to run around (beware of cacti though). Wi-Fi was really good, my girlfriend and I both work remote and we stayed here for 1.5 months with no internet issues. The place is pretty small and doesn’t have much space for storage so keep that in mind, but if you want something cozy this is an awesome spot.

This was a great place with an amazing view of the mountains and very easy to get anywhere in Santa Fe!

Casa Strega was LOVELY. My 8 yr old son and I stayed for 4 days while we kicked around Santa Fe. We saw lizards and rabbits and funny little fat birds and watched the sunset from the upstairs balcony. It was so peaceful and rural without being too far from all the Santa Fe stuff you want to do. The wifi was super reliable and the bed was super comfortable. Stylish and serene. I may come back one day on my own as it would be a perfect spot for one person to recharge. Thanks so for all your hard work to make this place so special.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay!!! The tiny house is basically what everyone wants out of an AirBnb. It’s gorgeously decorated, sustainable, has lovely local soaps and products and our host was so helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more! It even gave us ideas for redoing our own kitchen!

Casa Strega is a beautiful, unique, scenic and private getaway for a visit to Santa Fe. We loved having our own place to relax in the scenic mountains just outside of town. The hosts gave excellent directions to find the lodging well in advance which I appreciated. Their dining and recreation recommendations were good and the feminine-inspired art, decor and cassettes, yes cassettes, and stereo were a fantastic touch. We loved it, a great place for a couples’s getaway and would highly recommend it. The only thing to consider are the extremely steep and narrow stairs to the second floor where the bed and bath rooms are, so consider that if you have mobility issues. But if not, it’s absolutely worth it.

we had a great stay here! the balcony was such a bonus for us, the weather was amazing so we spent quite a bit of time up there. the kitchen was the perfect size and had all the necessities plus some. the hosts were very attentive and made sure our stay was more than comfortable. we did run into a few spider friends inside but it wasn’t anything wild and luckily we’re the partner duo where one is absolutely terrified and the other handles them with grace (lol) as mentioned in the listing, there is no TV in the house but we just brought our laptop & didn’t have any issues with the wifi whatsoever. thank you so much for letting us stay here, we’ll definitely be back to stay in the studio!

This is one of my favorite airbnbs. The whole property is so thoughtfully designed- the kitchen is great to cook in, the bed and couch are comfortable, the bathroom is adorable (and the shower gel smells amazing). And the Strega theme is really fun. It was wonderfully quiet at night. And it’s an easy drive into the heart of Santa Fe.

This little house is lovely and comfortable. Alessandro was extremely responsive and helpful. We felt very at home. And the cassette deck with stereo just takes it to the next level. We loved staying here.

Nice place - quiet and peaceful- great stay

From the moment we made our booking, communication was awesome. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place is adorable - a perfect couples getaway. Picturesque views of the mountains all around, and peaceful semi-secluded area. Everything is of the highest quality from the pillows to the provided shampoo & conditioner. The balcony was the perfect place for a relaxing breakfast watching the sun rise, while the couch downstairs was perfect to curl up, in front of the gas fire, listen to a Linda Ronstadt cassette while sipping on a glass of wine. It was everything we wanted and more. Just a short drive into town made it a relaxing getaway with quick access when we wanted to get out. 2 things for others to note: the stairs are quite steep so it may not be conducive to older vacationers with bad knees or balance issues. These is no tv (which was perfect for us), but I didn't remember reading that in the description - for those that do. Thank you again!

A very special place, clearly whole-hearted care goes into maintaining this adobe abode, art music and writing from inspiring women throughout, and embracing the magic of this land of enchantment while staying tasteful and uncluttered. Stairs between the two floors are slightly steep for those with mobility issues, but very highly recommended regardless.

Casa Strega is a warm and colorful space, tapping into the whimsical spirit of the desert. The path is clear and the walk delightful. All accommodations were easy to use and in good shape. Loved the coffee and the view from the balcony. Will definitely look for Casa Strega next time we plan another Get-away to Santa Fe !!!

It was a nice getaway for a few days while visiting Santa Fe. The scenery was beautiful with snow. The place had a nice deck, but it was too cold to enjoy outside.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay and would have loved to hang out longer. We felt at home in the space and really enjoyed listening to the cassette tapes with the fire going. It was a great way to both start and end our days. Our hosts were warm, communicative, and willing to assist if we had any issues. We felt like honored guests in a very special space. And I’d love to buy all of the toiletries provided! It was a spectacular weekend escape for us.

This place was so lovely and cozy! A perfect landing spot for a night or two. I underestimated the 250ft path, and had quite a lot to bring in (art supplies, wine, etc that I was worried about exploding in the cold), so the load-in and load-out wasn’t the most pleasant, but that was really my fault. The place is decorated with beautiful artwork and the host was incredibly responsive when I had questions. There is a lot of information to read thru in order to understand how to use the space- gate code, door code, how to get hot water, etc. so be prepared to educate yourself and read everything before you arrive. Would definitely stay again, with much less stuff in tow ☺️

The space & it’s surroundings are beautiful with a cozy fireplace, breathtaking views with East facing windows, & stunning art/decor. It’s a place to decompress, heal, and disconnect from the world outside. While I planned being out and about a lot, I couldn’t help but takes a couple lazy days to just enjoy the home & the views. As a solo female traveler it also felt safe. Amenities included a cassette player and stereo system, amazing books, great kitchenware for cooking (with s/p & olive oil), coffee/teas, locally sourced products, umbrella, white noise machine, & hairdryer w/ diffuser. Few things to keep in mind; the walkway is all gravel & uneven. I stayed for a week in Dec, so packed a decent amount of stuff. Next time I will pack a small cart so I don’t have to haul so much back & forth. The home itself has seen a decent amount of traffic and is well explored in a way. This didn’t bother me but just an FYI. The stairs are truly very steep so I suggest not walking down in socks.

Beautiful Airbnb, felt like was in the middle of a desert but still very close to civilization. Great taste in furniture and cookware we enjoyed. Excellent guide for town and the art in the Airbnb was amazing. Loved the high quality tea and coffee they had for us. Very responsive host. We loved the bit about not having to clean every part of the house before we left as they want the guests to focus on the vacation not cleaning. More airbnbs should do this!!

A wonderful respite for a weary human 😊 I spend a Lot of time at work taking care of other folks and it was nice to get away to somewhere quiet and well set up to clear my mind. I’m always excited when folks have really good cookware or nice bedding and this place had both. The burrito rec in the guidebook was one of the best I’ve had in awhile! Spaces that have places for me to unpack and settle in helps me settle even more so thanks for that. Would def stay again!

Casa Strega is exactly as advertised. We were looking for something private and quiet just outside of Downtown Santa Fe and that's exactly what this place was. The hosts were super responsive and extremely helpful whenever we had questions. The place felt like our own for the 5 nights we stayed there. It's about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Santa Fe. Also, lots of good hiking nearby. We did Nambe Lake, Pichaco and Atalya Peak in the Santa Fe National Forest. Both hikes were within 20 miles from the property. Also made it out to Bandlier and up to Taos for a day. Loved our stay here. Would definitely come back.

This condo is decorated and set up so cozy. It was private and felt safe, and only about 15 minute drive to downtown. The hosts respond so quickly and were able to help with anything we needed. Such a great spot to stay in Santa Fe for a short or long weekend getaway!

I loved the place! Beautiful casita with lots of feminine art and bright colors. The coffee and teas were all wonderful and it's awesome that there's such importance placed on supporting small businesses, the local community, and the earth. The litted path at night made me feel like I was in a fairytale. Once the fireplace was up and running, it was very cozy. The casita had such a peaceful ambiance. I really enjoyed the bath products too. Can't forget the gorgeous views from the upstairs balcony either. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This little house is a special place. Beautiful decor with a layout that uses the space well. Lots of thoughtful touches, including a focus on sustainable compost and recycling. Loved the fireplace and tape deck! We didn’t end up cooking but the kitchen looked well stocked with sharp knives. Communicating with the hosts was very easy and we appreciated all of their local recommendations.

Wow, it's hard to even put into words how amazing our time was at this place. My husband and I went to Santa Fe to celebrate our 9th anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We loved how quiet the property was and spent a lot of time out on the balconies taking in the breathtaking views. The interior of this place was stunning and the bed was so comfortable. We slept amazing! We truly felt like we were able to unwind and relax for the week in this beautiful getaway property. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Great place. The pictures and other reviewers captured it all. Those products though! My hair was super shiny and I smelled fantastic. My partner had to knock on the door to get me out of the bathroom! I looked up both companies as we drove away.

Casa Strega was the perfect spot for us in so many ways--it's close enough to downtown Santa Fe yet near enough to the interstate for our drives to other hikes in the surrounding area, it's stocked with excellent tea and coffee, the space is used efficiently, the bed is comfy, the place is colorfully and artfully decorated. You can tell that the hosts have thought through every detail. When we arrived and saw the feminist books, 80s cassettes and games, and the artwork, we knew we were in the right place--one with a combination of witchy vibes, feminine empowerment, and a sense of humor. The house had everything we needed, plus friendly neighborhood dogs and a view of the sunrise from the balcony and sunsets from the yard. Erin & Allessandro were responsive and personable hosts. We would definitely stay at Casa Strega again.

This place was perfect for two people. I spent most of the day listening to music (loved the tapes), reading my book outside on the two decks(!) and drinking wine. The extras were perfect (great coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion) and beautiful review. Great retreat. I hope to return soon.

Everything was great! The location was less than half an hour from almost everything we wanted to do in and near Santa Fe. The art and decor added cool personal touches to the space, and the essentials provided (coffee, tea, toiletries, linens) really made the stay comfortable. Great place to stay if you want to feel spaced out but still want close access to the city! We tried a few of the recommendations given by the owners, and we weren’t disappointed. Fantastic, curated space and experience.

Very cute little house, decorated fantastically. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Pathway is really cute, however it is very close to other rentals/private residences. The lock stuck a bit when we first went to check in but host responded quickly and told us the trick. Overall, great stay!

By far the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at! The hosts have created a wonderful space to call home while you visit Santa Fe. They are also incredibly accommodating and respond quickly. The house is secluded and quiet, yet only a quick car ride away to the best spots Santa Fe has to offer. The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking utensils, and the hosts provided a detailed house manual to ensure we have the best stay possible. It exceeded my expectations, and I hope I get to stay with them again soon!

We were so pleased with our stay! They were so responsive to a phone call trying to access the space and with a request for conditioner. I also thought that the space had lovely finishings and amenities. They clearly thought out every aspect of a guest experience, from the art that was incorporated throughout the space, to the products used, to the availability of a composting bin and French press.

This is such a great little slice of desert heaven! We'll start by saying the casa is beautifully appointed, with modern appliances, artistic touches, and awesome views. The whole stay felt very private and really quiet, thanks to the location outside of town - but the drive was simple and short to downtown Santa Fe and surrounding areas. We'd highly recommend any single or couple head to Casa Strega for the high desert experience!

Casa Strega was pure magic. Secluded enough to fully relax, but close enough to plenty of shops/restaurants to easily hit the town. The spiritual decor and wide selection of books were both right up my alley. We loved our stay and would recommend this beautiful space to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights and felt it was about as good as it gets for an Airbnb stay. I think a lot of it has to do with the professionalism of the management. The space itself is a mid-century modern desert dream, and has all the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. Also, as great as the space is, the location is the low-key star of this listing. We were 10 minutes or less from anywhere we wanted to be in Santa Fe, but still enjoyed a quiet rural setting. If I lived in Santa Fe, I'd want to live around here.

This is the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Santa Fe. Highly recommended…everything was on point from the decor to the bath products!!

Casa Strega was a stellar spot! The special attention paid to all details was appreciated, from the mattress, to the toiletries offered, to the cookware, to the vintage board games, to the environmental and local business emphasis. We spent a week - largely working remotely - but exploring as much of the Santa Fe food scene and mountain biking trails as we could with our dog. This was a great base. Highly recommend a stay here or at another one of their properties.

We had a lovely stay here. It’s in a quiet, more suburban/rural area just 10 mins drive outside town. There are two other residences on the property, but they were well-arranged so we felt we had a lot of privacy. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. The bed was comfortable for two and we think the couch would’ve been usable for sleeping if needed as well. As advertised, the stairs are a little steep and there’s a short walk from the parking spot to the house, but we managed just fine. The hosts were gracious and communicative. Highly recommend!

We stayed 4 nights. Our hosts were wonderful. The place looks exactly like the photos, lots of vibrant colors and inspirational artwork. The landscape views from the balcony were wonderful to wake up to. We were stocked with fresh beans, a grinder, and a French press, which made mornings easy like we were home. The fireplace was a dream. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed them. Next time we’re in Santa Fe, we’ll be staying here.

Excellent place for some quiet time in Santa Fe. Very quiet but is a good Uber ride away from downtown. The hosts are great with communication & everything I needed was there (except for wine stopper lol). The door lock to the balcony wasn’t working & I was a bit concerned with safety but the property itself is very private & I settled in after a couple of nights. Thank you again for welcoming me to your gorgeous home. ☺️

We loved the view, the record collection, fireplace and the historic area of Agua Fria. It’s also an easy 20m drive to Ojo Santa Fe! Can’t wait to come back!

This. Listing. Was. A. Dream. Seriously. Better than the pictures. Every single detail has been thought of and executed perfectly. The space is beautiful, immaculately clean, warm, welcoming, and gorgeous. We enjoyed some tv-free quality time in the “country” by the fire, yet just a quick ten minute drive to all the action downtown. We will be back to Santa Fe soon for a few more days of exploration and we will definitely be booking this gem again!

This is absolutely my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The area was nice and quiet, the lights leading up to the house at night were beautiful. The Airbnb itself was gorgeous, the decor was absolutely amazing. I stayed up each night with the fireplace on listening to records and it was magical. Also really enjoyed drinking the local coffee (delicious btw) on the balcony in the morning and taking in some views of the mountains. Hosts were very communicative and gave excellent directions. 12/10 would come back to Santa Fe just to stay here.

We loved our stay here! Such a relaxing week of sunrises and sunsets, delicious coffee next to the fireplace, and desert exploration. Perfect amenities- coffee and tea that are actually good, bath products (that soap smells like a spa experience), even a dyson hairdryer. Everything exceeded expectations. What you see is not what you get here, we found so much more than we anticipated! Stylish space that’s focused on empowerment of women in a gorgeous setting, you literally cannot ask for more. I lived in airbnbs for two years of travel and this one is definitely one to remember.

Great little place! It's close to everything but feels rather removed. We enjoyed the record player, the fireplace and star gazing from the balcony. Would stay here again!

Casa Strega had the cozy, witchy vibes ideal for a peaceful regeneration after our stressful holiday. The casita is situated an ideal distance (for this city person) from the town, while also remote enough to feel connected to the land and embrace the sounds of nature. The space is very clean and provides all the kitchenware you’d need. The linens are comfy and the products- from the tea to the soap- are top-notch. Already looking forward to when we can return!

This is an Airbnb that is an experience all it's own. Santa Fe was a beautiful and lovely town, with phenomenal hiking and views, but I was completely content spending my time resting in this space. Everything fits perfectly together and there is something so deeply special about it (especially the book collection & brest fest artwork). Erin & Alessandro perfectly describe the actual characteristics of the space that you get and I bet you'll get a little more when staying here.

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfectly sized casita for two. There were thoughtful touches in hair products and good kitchen utensils; and their recommendations were great too. A perfect secluded spot to ourselves for our first time in Santa Fe! Hopefully not our last!

Very well thought out space. Beautiful decor and the fireplace is so cozy. Highly recommend staying here if you want to feel removed from the hustle of Cerrillos road! The hosts were very responsive and made sure I had everything I wanted.

Great location off the beaten path but super easy to get to town. We enjoyed listening to records by the fireplace and sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Would stay again.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! The casa Strega had all the amenities we needed and more. It’s the little touches like having a humidifier and sound machine as well as quality bath products that really make this place great. The cookware was new and clean and the knives sharp. We were lucky enough to see the lunar eclipse while we were there and each night a beautiful sunset. Quiet yet close to everything in Santa Fe. If you’re unsure just book this place, you won’t regret it!!

Eclectic, cozy and has everything you need to feel at home! We enjoyed staying in just as much as we did going out. Such a gorgeous space. Hosts checked on us throughout our stay. Location was perfect. Can’t say enough good things. Will def be back.

We had such a great stay in Casa Strega! The pictures and description don’t fully capture what a thoughtfully designed and outfitted space it is. Beautifully decorated and maintained, this gorgeous home also has clever and interesting touches everywhere you look: books to browse, records to enjoy, intuitively laid-out kitchen, and high-quality toiletries. We loved the quiet setting and outdoor spaces as well - it was the perfect home base for us as we explored the Santa Fe area.

The detail and thought that went into this place was amazing. It was charming, cozy, and my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in. I would 10/10 recommend.

Casa Strega is a perfectly curated place in a great location with extremely thoughtful hosts! Definitely stay here while in Santa Fe and use their guidebook for places to shop, eat, and play. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and Casa Strega was an outstanding choice!!!

Erin and Alessandro’s place was lovely! In a great location, an adorable little cottage with all we could need! We especially loved the turn table, allowing my fiancé to listen to the records he picked up at the local record store. It was clean, cute, and comfortable. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!

We stayed at Casa Strega for our belated (pandemic) honeymoon. Best decision. Everything about the property is thoughtful and beautiful. From the hair care, to the art on the walls, to the books on the shelf, to the locally sourced coffee and tea (I could go on). The stars at night from the balcony are crazy stunning and the fire was great for the chillier nights. Erin and Alessandro are super nice and speedy in their response time. Really can’t recommend this place enough! We’ll definitely be back.
